Sterilization Process At our salon, we take hygiene and safety seriously. We follow a thorough 3-step sterilization process for all of our implements: 1. Step 1: Cleaning First, we wash all tools with warm water and soap to remove any visible debris and prepare them for disinfection. 2. Step 2: Disinfection Next, we soak the implements in Barbicide for 15 minutes, ensuring that all bacteria and germs are effectively eliminated. 3. Step 3: Sterilization Finally, we use a high-temperature sterilization process, where the tools are exposed to heat for 30 minutes. This step kills any remaining microorganisms, guaranteeing that our tools are completely sanitized and safe for use.

Cancellation Policy for The Gel Space We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure that all of our clients receive the care and attention they deserve, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy. 1. 24-Hour Notice Required We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. • If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will apply. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time, or reschedule your appointment. Full service fees will apply. 4. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a true emergency, please contact us directly, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. 5. Repeat Offenses Clients with more than two late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
